This data protection declaration informs you about the personal data we collect when you visit our website and how we use this data. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. your name, address, e-mail address. 

- When you book accommodation via our website, we collect and use your personal data to process the payment and to pass on the data to our partners if necessary for the execution of the contract.

Collection and use of your data during the booking process 

When concluding a contract with L'archeraie during the booking process via our website (www.archeraie.com), the following data is collected from you, transmitted to us if necessary and processed by us: 

Your name and address; your e-mail address; your telephone number and in individual cases other information about your person or your booking that is necessary for the respective booking (request). 

We also collect the personal data necessary for the respective payment method in order to make and process the reservations. Your payment data (in particular credit card data) will be transmitted to our bank and to our secure payment provider Stripe.

Insofar as the processing of data is necessary for the performance and conclusion of the contract, the processing of your data and, where applicable, the transfer of such data to third parties is justified within the meaning of Art. 6, para. 1, letter b GDPR 

In principle, no personal data will be passed on. Exceptionally, the required data will be passed on to public authorities (e.g. in the context of registration procedures) or to partners (e.g. concierge with arrival time, name and telephone number for the purpose of contact), who will be informed of the obligation to delete the data immediately after the purpose has ceased.
