During your stay, you will have the entire property at your disposal and Delphine from the Conciergerie Le Tilleul will ensure that your holiday runs smoothly.

Bedding capacity

The property can accommodate a maximum of twelve people, ten adults and two children.

Parking

Two vehicles can be parked free of charge to the north of the property and two to the south.

Household linens

Bed linen, bath towels, pool towels and kitchen towels are provided.

Security

The villa is equipped with an alarm system and the pool with an electric roller shutter.

Extra equipment

A bed and a baby seat can be provided.

Accessibility

Unfortunately, the presence of gravel and stairs makes the property unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

Pets

Dogs are allowed on the property.

Prohibitions

Parties or any other event that may cause a nuisance to the neighbourhood are not permitted on the property. It is also forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity.
